Hey guys and gals! Happy CNY!

Friday was just simply fab. It was a terrific day, giving the teach's the cookies we baked. they were happy. and the celebration was good too! I miss the skool. even the colour clash doesnt affect me le. I just love it! love the sch, love the teach's, miss my friends! everything! :) gongs and I almost missed the skool song. we heard the last chorus from outside the sidegate. haha.. but it still felt good. miss it miss it miss it.

Isnt is ironic how we always refuse to sing the skool song, but when we leave sch, we just yearn to sing it? haha... =)

For the subway aunties, they were so happy that they gave us subway cookies for free in return. haha.. so pai seh. but they insisted, saying it was an exchange. so, yeah lor. JM took one and I took one.

know what? JM broke the all time record. she left my house at midnite on thurs! unbelievable! haha.. it cant get any later than that unless she stays over. just that her parents have a policy about not staying over, so yeah.. wow!

in the end, the cookies were aight. just that, we expected smaller pieces. the brownies were a lil screwed up. kinda, too soft. hope the teach's and aunties dont mind. cuz all our love is in it. haha.. :)

oh ya! and thank God, no one said anything about me wearing black yesterday. I was like, keepin my fingers crossed on that. haha.. alritey, will update again next time. cya!

hey guys..I'm so so sorry I flared up the other day.IMO,I'm a rather calm person.any violent objections? (JM, shut up!) haha..well,lets jus say tt teach poked my RAW nerve.I started hating the skool then.haha..typical girl rite?but today,God spoke 2 me. and I realised, I've not MUCH reason to hate it.I dont like it,that's a fact.but I shud not hate it cuz of 1 or 2 pple when there's a multitude of nice pple around! :) but honestly,I cant wait 4 my results 2 come out.I'm praying so hard tt i'll get into SAJC. somehow smth in my spirit is tellin me,tt IS where I wanna be.

no doubt I'll miss some of the pple in IJC like the choir, some nice teachs,and some friends.but I know,IJC isn't the place for me. jus somehow,I know. today,the math tutor gave me a shock when he called my name while I was wlkin along e corridoor.I was like,'oh no!did I do smth wrong?'cuz trust me,his bark makes his bite uneccesary, if u know wat I mean.but suprisingly, he asked if the lesson was too slow for me? I was like, 'erm.. a lil only la'. haha.. phew~ safe!

JM has finally started a blog!we are so alike. both of us nvr thought we liked blogging. and now? we both have blogs! how ironic is that?! haha..

ok, so, I've changed my opinion bout tt teach in the prev post.today, cuz i was on PE mc.I jus had to walk in circles on the track.haha..sounds like I'm dumb but yeah.tt was all I was doing for the whole hour.walking!In a way,God reminded me of a few things while I was walking.Well, 1 of which is my judgemental nature.recently,I've been in this judgmental mood.like, jumping 2 conclusions bout pple,'who I like,who I do not'.God reminded me tt i dont really know them yet.and after all,they're all humans like me! we all have faults.God 4give me & help me change.

know what?I discovered even more Christians today!yay!I'm so happy.like-minded pple.haha..ok,tt I wouldnt know yet.but,so far,all the new friends tt i made whom I found out are christians are 99% guys!where are the Christian sisters man! haha..hey,dont get me wrong,I dont have nething against guys la.and if u know me well, I find getting along with guys easier.

moving on,there's choir tmr!I'm nt gg 2 sing for CNY le!the teach in charge thought it was cuz I have stage fright.how am i suppose to tell her it is not?haha..oh wells,I'll jus xplain myself 2 the instructor tmr.haha..since my dad supports me skippin skool on fri 2 visit cedar since IJC ends so so late,I will skip sch.Naturally,I am ready to bare whatever consequence I have to.IF there are any. =)

mr Z and wz kor: thanks for your suggestions too. those are really nice songs. =) love them! frankly, I was planning to sing some songs that dont exactly have the word 'Jesus'. I wanted it to be like, Christian song yet not so 'holy holy' type. know what I mean.

What to choose..what to choose.. HELP!!!

hey people, well, as above. I have to think of two songs to song to the choir instructor preferably by this wed rite? and I still do not know what I'm gonna sing. and I am honestly very nervous. any suggestions? for those who dont know me, IMO, I cant sing well. haha.. range also not so wide. I am planning to sing 2 Christian songs.

I was thinking of these guidelines:

1) not too wide a range

2) a slightly faster worship song. (u know, not those slow and draggy ones?)

3) not too long (but must have a verse and chorus)

4) pleasant song

can anyone help me? I seriously do not know what to sing at the moment. gonna pray about it too. :D

besides that, saw my kor yesterday nite. Glad to see that he looks alrite. And I got to play with hannah. u know, listen to her scream and let her jump on me, etc etc? haha.. I wish she was my lil sister man. haha.. she is such a dare devil. when she jumped on me, I almost dropped her sia. but I didnt la. haha.. she's so bubbly and cute. yes, Ruying: definitely then your ROy. haha..

Sch so far

Today went shopping! went to buy first set of CNY clothes. so happy. i like it a lot. Ruying will get to see la. haha.. cuz she's my cuzz! lol.

ok, to Jingwen first. Sch is ok. quite slack. I join choir, haha. cuz I wanna learn how to sing. then, we had 4DAYS of orientation. not 2. haha..

I am gettin used to Innova. On the whole, I really thank God for letting me experience the IJC life la. I know I was really negative about it initially. but I have learnt to like the good things about it. and there are so many nice and friendly seniors. Today, this guy called sebast introed himself to me. Dunno if he's a Christian. Yuan told me that a group of Christians meet every morning to pray. But I dunno who is in this grp. I would definitely wish to join in if it's not too early.

ok, I have lost my interest in blogging actually. haha.. mayb cuz of all the long hours. I feel so tired and dun feel like blogging. but I will try to okie? lol.

End of Orientation.

Yesterday marked the end of our Orientation. well, I have realised a few things. first. God answers prayers! I talked a lot to phei san yesterday. She's is such a nice girl. very sweet. although, I feel quite bad if I dont stay on in Innova. to me, she appears a lil lonely and unsure. I dont know, will keep seeking God in this area.

Next, Orientation on the whole was definitely very fun. It changed my mind A LOT about Innova. I kinda like the env now. not love it. but I'm aight. know what I mean. just that the distance cannot be changed one la. haha.. :)

I just did some running. super stinky and wet. argh.. once I cool down, I'll go take a wonderful COLD shower. haha.. yes. hardly anyone knows. but I love bathing in cold water. not cold la. just, dont on hot water lo.. haha.. SG too hot. how do u guys bathe in hot water man. haha.

okie.all in all, I thank God for answering so many of my prayers. I prayed for rain, it rained. I prayed that I can meet someone that I can get along with, He sent phei san. I prayed that I would get use to Innova and I did! I prayed for many many more things, and He answered so many of it! praise the Lord! :)

last nite was so funny. We had cell group at my place as usual rite? then Abel came. u know, my 4 yesr old boyfriend. haha.. then I was so happy. then my mum said to abel's mum 'whoa!my daughter claim your son as her boyfriend eh' haha.. Abel started CRYING. haha.. yes. crying! like elliot when I say he got girlfriend. poor kid. my mum was like, 'quick. tell him u are attatched. mayb he will stop crying' lol..so funny. haha.. 4 yesr olds. sheesh. I love kids la. they all look so adorable. :)

1st few days of sch..

the abv has been so so la. I am not exactly loving the distance I have to travel in the morning. I have to wake up earlier then usual. then I was having the sec 1 syndrome. JM knows what I mean. not a loner. but feel kinda moodswing and sad. well, I thank God so so much for my parents. If not for them, I wouldnt have survived so far. yeah, 2 days ONLY. but it seems much longer then that.

And thank God for my wonderful Dad. He is ever so willing to ftech me to Toa Payoh instead of just dropping me at Aljunied.This shortens my travel time by more then half! and stilll, it's FAR! but I will try to quit complaining la. I am already very blessed to have such wonderful folks who bother so much.

In terms of friends. I am trying to (like my dad said) to keep neutral instead of being too judgemental. and mostly, It is better to be alone then to be in bad company. :)

haha.. super duper ultra short post today.

Upcoming: Year 2006.

Well, I dont know about resolutions for the year 2006. but I do know I wanna learn dance next year. And, I am trying to keep a positive outlook about going innova. well, it's not that I dont like the school. it's just that, I think i will be alone, and it is so very far! :(

but at least, i know that, if I go there, it's God's will and He has a plan for me there. that's my only comfort. and that's been what I've been telling everyone. hmm.. oh wells.. appealing in progress.. so, I'm jus hoping for the best. anywhere nearer can le. lol.. the thought of woodlands is jus, so far! haha.. I dont even go shopping in woodlands, now u want me to go school there? lol..

ok, moving on. that day, went ice skating with ruying and her cousins. as in, I am from her dad's side. but I went ice skating with her cousins from her mum's side. it was cool. interesting family i must say. the lil girls are so so cute. haha.. I guessed they were 6/7. but there are like, 9 and 10! can u believe it! haha.. so long never ice skate le. so, it was fun to skate again. but I'm not good at it la. ruying got the hang of it by the time we left. so, it was good.

hmm.. what else. oh ya, congrats mr Z! jia u wor! may the Lord be with u.

ok, basically, for 2006, I wanna be a better friend and I wanna draw closer to God. Oh yes. and I hope and pray that somehow, our band will get somewhere.I mean, like, carry on with practices or smth. haha.. we have not done anything since enrollment! haha..

Holiday to America (Part 2)

I decided to do it now, or else I will get too lazy to do so.. haha..so now I will talk about my second half of my stay in US. erm, I spent my second week in Oregon.well, boought earrings there too.. haha.. ok, anyways. In Oregon, I stayed with my aunt. she was from SG. then she married this american, and migrated there.. now, she has a son who is 11. but he is as tall and big as Conrad! haha.. can u believe it. so funny..

well, elliot cried almost everyday la. Elliot just cannot handle rough play. and he got a lil bullied at times. so, ya lor.. haha.. but I am sure they still miss each other and the fun they had together. it was an awesome time there! I love that place.if I were rich and the flight wasnt so painfully long, I may wanna go there every holiday.. haha.. but the flight is too long for me to take. of course I get to watch lots of movies on the plane la.. haha.. but sit until bum pain sia. haha.. and back pain too.. hee..

anyways, what I love about Oregon is the scenery. It is such a beautiful place. In my aunt's backyard is a river! can u believe it. so, Elliot came down with Chicken pox rite? so they brought him to the Docs. so, conrad, myself and my cousion, nicholas, we went down to the river to play. we were like, smashing the ice on the rocks. taking pictures, just having fun la. and it was sooo cold! haha.. but it was fun.

next, my aunt has goats! 3 in fact. one mama, one papa and one baby goat. they baby goat is so cute. but my aunt says he is annoying.. haha.. he will like, climb onto his mum's back. then the mum will walk away, so he falls off.. haha.. but he never learns and keeps jumping on her again and again and again. haha.. so, he falls down again and again and again.. lol.. stupid goat rite? haha..

in Oregon, we went shopping too! and we went to stay in Mt. Hood for 3 days! it was a blast! wonderful. cool. there was snow. the snowball fights! oOo!! haha.. loved it. then we experienced a snow storm. but thank God we were already indoors by then. we spent a lot of time gogin snow tubing. u know, sit on a tube then slide down the snow? haha.. yeah.. too bad didnt get to skii.. but it was very fun la. good fun together as a family.

I was glad to see Conrad learning to protect and look out for Elliot. like, if nich kept disturbing elliot, conrad will ask him to back off.. yeah.. it was cool.. =) oh yes! I learnt to play a lil of pool! hee.. but I am so lousy at it la. but it was fun anyways.. hehe.. =)

my aunt did a lot of delicious cooking. it was wonderful. and her bro in law cooked for us prime rib. it was yummm..... haha.. delicious.. never ate such good food man.. I mean, ok, I have, but not prime rib! haha.. yummmm... love it. hehe..

yups.. that is the main things I did there.. it was cool. and of course, above all that, I loved the cold! I miss it already.. :( haha.. okie. gtg le. Will update blog next time. later! =)

Holiday in the America (part 1)

yups. so, I should start talking about my holiday to the states rite? haha.. anyway, b4 all that, MERRY CHRISTmas to all! =) and congratulations to Sambaey who got baptised today! God bless u gal! =) happy for you. I hope ya all liked your souvenirs cum prezzies that I bought. well, I think they are kinda small. but trust me, it isnt the sheapest of things to buy. ok la. price doesnt matter rite? haha.. anyway what I spent came from my holiday expenses that my parents blessed me with. haha..

alritey, so, I am too lazy to type everything from A to Z. so, I will just try to highlight some stuff okie? haha.. well, the MOST memorable thing was the roller coaster at Disneyland. it went 360! haha.. yups. upsidedown. it was super fun. wanted to do it again, but had no time and the queue was soooooo long.goodness me. in short, that was one of the most enjoyable rides.. haha.. and I went on the pther usuals la. erm, small roller coaster, those thingys that swing u round and round. even boring stuff I also did. almost bored me to tears. but oh well. at least I was spending time with mua family. so, it was a good time.

In short, I went to Disneyland, Hollywood, Universal studios, SHOPPING and to Oregon. Oregon, I will talk about another time. hee.. now, lemme see.. can u believe it? in my 2 week stay in U.S. I bought 8 pairs of earrings! siao rite? I mean, u cant really help it when u see earrings all over the malls and all that. and on top of that, u dont just see one or two columns, u see a whole section sort of thing. I was like, oOoo! haha.. so, buy buy buy.. buy for pple, buy for myself, buy for my mum. etc etc. ahha..

Hollywood was cool. well, not glamorous like u would think it would be. quite a number of homeless pple actually. but it was fun being there, shopping. the driver that brought us there was such a cool dude. He is this humourous guy that cannot stop talking. haha.. u nvr knew one could have so much to say sia. haha.. but it was fun. we visited places where famous movies like Terminator 2 was filmed or at least pass by there. Got to see the famous 'HOLLYWOOD' sign. u know.. those that they show on TV, that kinda thing.

Well, all in all, I guess I love America so much cuz it is cold and it is cool. cool as in, everything u see on TV is like, right b4 your very eyes! haha.. it was loads of fun. Today's CHRISTmas! yay! haha.. I enjoyed svc and it was so good to see everyone again. I missed ya all loads u know.. aww... haha.. =) okie. PTL! quite a number of pple received Christ today! ThankGod for that.

okies. lastly, Universal Studios. It was so fun! we actually got to see what filming was like, and the kind of cool tech they have to aid their filming. it is just incredible. I really do not know how to put it all in words here. haha.. if u guys wanna know more about specific stuff then ask me la. haha.. I'm too tired and lazy. haha..

well, only thing is that I did not get to meet my kor there. cuz his exams end the day b4 the day I leave. too rush and all that. so, cant meet. but oh wells, we cant have everything rite? haha..

ok, I wanna sleep le. I am like jetlagging now. haha.. so so tired. well, at least now is the right time to sleep. I slept at 8.30am this morning. talk about Jetlag. once again, wishing ya all a MERRY CHRISTmas and HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!! (whatever is left of it) :D love ya all.. God bless.

Sick...

yups.. I am sick, and topping that, I am leaving for states tmr! :( things seem quite bleak. me and elliot down with medication. then this morning, it appears my dad may be down with food poisoning. oh wells, I am just praying that things will turn out for the better. I am sure it will. God can do nething yeah? yeah! I am sure we will have a pleasant trip.

JM should be at the airport now? or on the way? yeah.. she's going BeiJing. :D if I didnt get it wrong. I guess, in china, it's a good time for shopping yeah? have fun hon!

okie.. erm, thank God for the rain! I love the rain. Had breakfast with mum just now. we walked out to a nearby coffee shop. so, we walked out sharing a brolly. haha.. it was kinda nice. then the walk back alone was also very nice. somehow, there was this serenity inside of me. and I felt much better. As in, my flu didnt bother me and my 'fever' kinda feeling was not there.. yups..

Card Trick.

I just woke up! I am guessing, i just missed my folks. so, cant have breakfast with them. I remember waking up, then going backt o sleep. but I dont know if they woke me up or not. oh wells.

Thank God I am feeling better. I dont feel so sick le. U must think I am crazy. y? cuz I was sick yesterday rite? but I ate chicken curry for dinner. haha.. and on top of that, I ate roti prata w/ curry and satay for supper. hee.. and now I am feeling better.

haha.. I was telling my folks. should bring me go subway. I will get well instantly. haha.. then my younger bro (the Pri2 one) was like 'ya ya. only subway can cure u' haha.. so cute.

haha.. oh ya!RuYing reminded me! lol.. I totally forgot to blog about the card trick thingy. well well.. okie. so, RuYing showed us this card trick rite? and after I made her do it on me a kazillion times, I kinda figured it out. so, to confirm my hypothesis, I checked the cards. cant really say how la, or else I will be letting the secret out. haha..

so, yup! I figured it out! then my bros kept pestering me to tell them the secret. I was like, cannot! or else not fun le. but they just kept asking and asking. well, not really Conrad la. Conrad just ask us to do the trick again and again. but elliot was whining. haha.. okie. that's about it.

these past few days...

alright. let me start from friday. On friday, had my movie marathon. that day I almost went bonkers sia. haha. first, movie marathon, we watched 4 movies. then, my mum called home and asked if we wanted to go catch Chicken Little. I was like, YES! haha..so,we went. by the time Chicken Little ended, I was going nuts le. haha.. movie overload. movie marathon was aight. not too bad. we ate a lot. IMO la. haha.. I enjoyed Van Helsing too..

okie, Chicken lil' was ok la. quite funny at some parts. but the overall storyline was quite boring. I would give it 3*. :D

*ouch* know what? I got like this rash thing on by body and it hurts BIG TIME. so painful. I am praying it goes away soon. it hurts and itches. Like, cant scratch cuz it hurts yet it itches. know what I mean? yeah.. but it's gettin better already. thanks to my folks. sometimes, I doubt they dont know nething. hehe.. :D cool~

ok, then saturday. The ER girls came over to my place to finish up some merits. now, I've got my Dutch Oven and Archery merit! :D yay! haha.. but I am still lacking in one Gold merit. once I get it I think I can get my bronze medal le. :D

alright. moving on. Sunday! so sad. Was late for church. it was combine svc. so, at 8.30am instead of 10.30. haha.. I woke up twice but decided I'll jus depend on my folks to wake me up. haha.. then, my mum woke up and said 'ahh! 8.20am already!' haha.. I was like oh noooo... haha.. mr Z, I think my story really like yours man. wake up 10 mins b4 svc start. etc etc.. haha.. but difference is, I slept really late.

Yesterday, they set out for church camp. too bad I am not going. actually, I thnak God I am not going in some way. Y? cuz the invited preacher f0r the youth is soooooo cute. IMO la. but IMO, he is really handsome. haha.. so, if I go, I'll be distracted. so, thnk God I'm not going. or else my heart will not be right. Y am I not going? cuz I'll be leaving for the states on Saturday so my mum will not be able to take so may days of leave. and we need enouhg clothes and time to pack. so, whole family not going lor. hmm..

Pearlene said that Samantha thought the youth preacher was so cute, they ask pastor Rachel to intro them. Sam was so happy after getting to shake his hand. haha.. I should have been there man. haha.. one thing I noted.I like his hair. haha..

okie. I will be off to piano later. need to go and do my theory homework. :D still in pain. *ouch*

NEW CAR!!

Yay! haha.. actually, the new car came yesterday la.. then I forgot to blog about it. yup.. It's a Toyota Picnic and it's the bluish one. hee.. I like it. haha.. looks so new, smells so new, it IS new.. haha.. ok.. I'm going nuts.

so, I just came back from sending my mum to work with my dad. we had breakfast together, then my dad brought me to NTUC to get the stuff i need for my movie marathon tmr. :D boutght stuff for lunch and dinner, then bought some tidbits.

JM! see la u.. ask me go cold storage yesterday, now I cant stop thinking about the old Gold choc. haha.. then I wanted to buy from NTUC jus now, but they dun sell.. hmph! haha..

okie.. I dunno how many pple will turn up tmr. so many pple have other plans. oh well, if it is just the few of us, so be it lor. Watching Van Helsing, Sch of Rock, White chicks, and Princess diaries 2. :D lala.. bye for now~

Physically super tired..

my legs are aching and I feel like sleeping.. haha.. but I wanna watch tv, so I will stay awake first. haha.. y are my legs aching? cuz I followed JM scouting around for guits. we met this really nice guy at the guitar workshop. He is from CHC. very friendly and helpful. haha.. well, in comparison with the other shops where pple just smile at u and ignore u.. ok la.. not their fault. we also nvr ask for help la. but this guy was reelie nice.

ok, then we went to this popular store. it was soooo big! haha.. four levels? yeah.. so huge.. haha.. then we went to see the Library since we thought it looked so big and cool. haha.. then we went all the way up, over 10 storeys la.. then realised we were supposed to go to the basement. haha.. stupig rite?haha.. so, we went all the way back down to basement. SO MANY CHINESE BOOKS! lol.. it gave me a headache man.. haha..

then okie, went back home. that's about all for today. oh no no.. we also borrowed the VCDs for the movie marathon le. hope got enough pple coming tho.. haha.. watching about 4 movies.. hehe.. :D okie la.. I go watch my show le.. haha.. later!

aching..

my whole back is aching. I just washed my mom's outdoor furniture set. and on top of that my bed is so uncomfortable these days. so, my back hurts like crazy..

speaking of crazy, my msn shut down on it's own and I cannot log on. argh.. crzy le.. haha..

today, my dad helped me change the earrings he bought for me, cuz they were a lil stuck. like, the dangling thing cannot dangle? u know what I mean.. haha.. nvm.

yay! RuYing is staying over on sat! happy.. haha..

ok, why did I clean my mum's outdoor furniture? cuz I am earning money from my parents. haha..tmr I will have to paint it. I dont mind la. it's like mini workout also. yes. I am so broke and Christmas is coming! some pple, I have to buy prezzies for them. like, RuYing, JM and EC. EC is not Christmas prezz. it's birthday! super belated..sorry dearie..

RY and JM not they request la, I just feel that I have to.. or rather, I want to.. I need more money! ahhhh!!!!! haha..

today is my parents' 19th annivesary! yay! so happy for them. making a card for them later.. haha.. okie.. that's all for today.. bye! :)

Packing packing, cleaning cleaning, rearranging rearranging...

Yupp! did all of the above today. packed all my sec 4 things into a box and threw away all the worksheets. I only kept notes and my O level question papers. also, anything that I thought was worth keeping la. :D somehow, I could not bare to throw away any of my lit essays or give away my texts. so, I kept them all in the box. mayb I love the subject too much ba. haha..

so, yup. all the stuff packed away and I rearranged my room with my dad and bros. looks interesting. I like rearranging my room. something new for a change. hehe.. well, as some of you would know, I share room with my two younger bros now cuz my gran is staying with me. I would definitely like to have my own room. but at least I know what I am doing is right.

yesterday, church looked fab!all the christmas deco was up and the instruments on stage were all arranged to the left. looks great! I think this year's deco is like, the best ever. either that, or I never noticed.. hehe.. but I think it's the former la. haha..

I just came back from piano. fingers gonna have cramps man. hahaha.. the last piece I am learning is so hard. but I love the melody, so that is my motivation to complete learning the piece and try my best to play it well.. :D

looks like my plans to learn drums and dance will have to hold till jan. :( oh wells, I cant have everything my way.. and also, I am more than happy and looking forward to my US trip. I hope my kor in Canada can fly down to meet my family and I. but at the meantime, it seems virtually impossible. hmm.. well, praying..
